Spicy Chicken Salsa Penne

Ingredients:

1/2 box cooked Penne pasta
2 chicken breasts
1 red bell pepper
2-3 fresh jalapenos
1 jar Tostito's Chunky Salsa
cayenne pepper
cheddar cheese

 

Directions:

1.  Cook Penne pasta according to directions on box.
2. While pasta is cooking, cut chicken breast into 1 inch cubes.
3. Preheat 12" cast iron skillet and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
4. Cook chicken in skillet until done and season with cayenne pepper to taste.
5. Add chopped bell pepper and fresh jalapeno to skillet - saute about 3 minutes.
6. Pour in a jar of Tostito's Chunky Salsa and stir.
7.  Add cooked Penne until ratio looks right.
8. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese until melted.

Makes 4 servings.
