Ramen-Vegetable Beef Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 sliced fresh carrots
  • 1/2 sliced onion
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 sliced zucchini
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 packages beef ramen noodles

Directions

  • In a 12" cast iron skillet, cook the beef, carrots and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and carrots are crisp-tender; drain.
  • Add the water, cabbage, zucchini, green pepper, soy sauce and the contents of seasoning packets from the noodles. Break noodles into small pieces; add to pan. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and noodles are tender.
