Crepes


You can fill these crepes with your favorite jelly, jam, fruit, or drizzle with syrup!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups milk
2 eggs
2 Tbs vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Pour like pancakes on a heated cast iron griddle.  They do not brown like pancakes, and are very thin and light.  Flip after about 2 minutes.  Serve with syrup like pancakes or roll with your favorite jelly, jam, or fruit!

Makes about 24 crepes.
