Meatballs


Meatballs:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste

Sauce:
12 oz chili sauce
12 oz grape jelly

Directions:

1. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, and seasoning.
2. Roll into balls.
3. Brown meatballs in 12" cast iron skillet and drain grease.
4. Mix chili sauce and grape jelly and add to skillet stirring frequently.
5. Cook about 10 minutes until meatballs are fully cooked.
